ROOA Senior Care LLC is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency operating in the Greater Cleveland Area, Ohio. We provide companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and related non-clinical support services to seniors and adults who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We are not a licensed medical provider, nursing agency, or healthcare facility. Our caregivers do not administer medications, perform medical procedures, provide clinical assessments, or act in any medical capacity. If you or your loved one requires medical care, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or call 911 in an emergency.

By using this website or contacting ROOA Senior Care LLC to inquire about or request services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

• Free in-home assessment. Before any paid services begin, we offer a complimentary in-home assessment to understand your loved one's needs. There is no obligation.
• Caregiver matching. We make every effort to match clients with caregivers who are the right fit in terms of personality, skills, and availability. Caregiver availability may vary.
• Service area. We primarily serve the Greater Cleveland Area, Ohio and surrounding suburbs. Contact us to confirm availability in your specific community.

ROOA Senior Care LLC strives to provide the highest standard of non-medical home care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any medical conditions, injuries, or health outcomes experienced by a client
• Inaccurate information provided by visitors or clients in their inquiry submissions
• Temporary unavailability of this website or its features
• Third-party websites or services linked from this site

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
